Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service charge. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling that time and impact our small business.
